Arabica

The name suggests arabica coffee beans, as does my nose, and indeed, Neuffer has coffee and coffee flower absolutes in the heart. The spice comes from black pepper and nutmeg on top, and as for the rest—well, I'm not picking up the advertised citrus, florals, and rich assortment of base notes. That's a shame, because the "very vintage" aspect promised in Neuffer's description is dependent on those. Perhaps the all-natural blend didn't age or travel well in my sample. Whatever the case, this is a nice enough coffee scent with good longevity, but it doesn't compel me to invest in a bottle.
