I got tricked into trying this by a nice top notes flourish, it was so brief I can't recall much about it, 10 minutes later I was left with a hellish and unbearable mix of "woods" the likes of which seem to grow abundantly in washrooms the world over

A woody cedar, sweet, slightly aqua, lavender-citrus-smoky-tonka masculine stereotype. Azzaro pour Homme might be their grandfather and miles ahead. Jacomo Anthracite pour l'Homme did it perfectly new-way. Gainsboro Exception might be the unseen masterpiece of this upcoming genre. Yves Rocher's Hoggar is a budget one. Now, there are dozens of it, even hitting Gourmand territory - finally Dior's Sauvage, Boss' The Scent and many, many, manymany others, stating they're "leathers". Body Shop's Arber is nothing new, nothing stunning. But it's a sympathic one. A dry cedar barbershop vibe and a calm overall feeling add to a nice wearing with a day long performance for a nice Price. Good stuff.

The name suggests woody (arbor?) but The Body Shop's Arber is far more an odd connection of fruit, flowers, and woods than simply a woody scent. It still has a useful place in the current men's selection since none of the other options are particularly woody, fruity, or flowery.

First off, it's fair to regard this as more of an eau de cologne or body spray rather than a standard EDT--very light. Unsurprisingly, then, a lot of the magic happens in the initial spray and a lot of it disappears pretty quickly into the rapid dry down. Longevity is limited.

I'm not sure the note breakdown does this justice, as I have a bit of difficulty sorting out the notes amidst the generally synthetic, semi-deodorant smell.

On the whole, this smells like woods mixed with dried fruit and fresh fruit, including citrus and watermelon.

As a light semi-woody option, it has its usefulness in casual situations, likely year-round, but I wouldn't dress it up, as it simply lacks a certain minimum sophistication that I'd want in a true night/date/formal scent. Still a great option for the price ($28 for 100ml though often on sale).

A somewhat unique smelling citrus fragrance with some musky wood notes in the base. Smells good, but lacks any bite in either projection or longevity.

not bad just no character. your basic one and done citrus/lavender accord. very 90's and extremely light. a great addition for the onder 18 crowd i guess.

it's ok when you want something a little less feminine. smells clean and definately male without being overly pungent. doesn't linger in my clothes which is great. guys tend to notice when i wear this... not sure why...
