Bitter Orange fragrance notes

With reviews including comparisons to room spray and potpourri, I should note that these are exactly what Agraria sells Bitter Orange as, along with diffuser oil, candles, and incense-style sticks. Agraria has always been a room-fragrance company. If they ever sold anything as eau de whatever, they apparently don't now. I vote with the positive responses, but I have no qualms about wearing the scent, either: the orange, clove, cypress, and olibanum profile suits me. Then again, on the off chance that it's not skin-safe, I'd probably stick to using it as a room scent in the future.
EDT? Room Spray? Well, before I address that conundrum, I would want to know why it's called Bitter Orange and not Cloves. If there is orange in there, it's more of a diminutive, dusty, dry orange, and not a true bitter orange. The orange exists only in the far background, hanging out with some cinnamon, bay, and a cute little vanilla. The spices and dry orange result in a very enjoyable fragrance: It's a Christmas potpourri. It is potent and spicy and brings all kinds of wonderful memory associations. It has a strong sillage and lasts for hours. I enjoy this scent immensely but I don't want to wear it: I would much rather use it as a room spray. Thumbs up for Agraria Bitter Orange as an excellent olfactory accomplishment, particularly in the environmental arena.

Orange spice, with maybe some clove in the mix. I disagree with Mario. This is a a lovely, warm, comforting smell. Good for an outing in coolish weather. Not for summer.
This smells exactly, exactly like the old Christmas ornaments made by sticking cloves into an orange (known as a pomander). It is a heavy, sweet smell with lots of cloves in it. It lasts quite a while although it develops a rather noticeable fecal note on me in the summer. I use it as a room fragrance to great effect and it also works very well in cold temperatures. This is not a "fresh" orange scent, it is a wet, somewhat "dirty" orange smell, but with a heavy clove overtone. A great combo for the right occasion.
Embittered. Sour and cheap smelling in comparison to other orange frags. Pass on this one
