Latest Reviews of Blu Mediterraneo : Mandorlo di Sicilia
To me this is essentially like a more "polite" marriage of Lolita Lempicka's Au Mascalin and Jean Paul Gaultier's La Male, but without the praline of Au Mascalin or the mint of La Male. Also, I know Bergamot is listed in the opening notes of this, but I'm either not getting it or it's too subtle in the mix. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Mandorlo doesn't have the projection or "loudness" of either of those (at least on my skin) but for some that may be a good thing as all three of these can come off as very sweet and somewhat feminine. If you're someone who likes wearing these scents but don't want to be too noticeable wearing them then this could be a good compromise.

Super sweet vanilla almond. The almond is definitely green in that it is unripe, not that there are green notes. I get no citrus or anise to speak of; it’s mostly a very sweet vanilla almond with a floral taint and some musk underneath to make it perfume rather than food. It’s a nice bedtime type scent, but I had to scrub it because it's just way too sweet on my skin.

Vanilla and almonds. Like smelling licorice cookies. Or upon more wearings, smells like cream soda.
The anise provides a minty, almost menthol-cooling feel. I don't get much citrus at all but it can be a little flowery and fem.
It's not a heavy, dense scent but it does feel better suited for mild to cool weather. Projection is good for the first couple hours, then it settles down. Maybe 5-6 hours longevity total.

An amazing summer gourmand ! Almond cake smelling almost. Unfortunately, the scent is very fleeting on my skin. I won't buy a full bottle but it is very nice.
Mandorlo di Sicilia by Acqua di Parma is a gentle, delicately sweet and airy scent from the gourmand family.
The blend has an almondy main accord masterfully mixed with one of the most natural smelling vanilla aromas. The scent of the said duo sometimes might be described as a smell of marzipan and sometimes as of vanilla custard. Besides the mentioned accord, there are also other toning and smoothing notes at play: vanilla, anise, peach, ylang-ylang. All these notes beautifully and in harmony build up and upon the main accord. In the base, the smell becomes slightly musky and floral.
Great gourmand and an extremely charming scent tailored for warmer seasons.

No complaints with this at all, sweet initial deployment not too heavy dries down to that lush Almond and Vanilla combo, had me salivating...decent length and projection...an easy relaxed wear... thumbs up from moi.
