Chocolate & orange straight away. Yummy, combo! This perfume develops into an unusual gourmand with nutty hints - the malt is a nice touch. Notes are fairly hard to pick out individually. Fine with me - I prefer a well-blended scent. The "chocolate" accord remains, for the longest time. There is also something of a muted spice and something musky that hovers above the skin.
After time it smells like a fresh batch of brownies, just pulled from the oven, with a bouquet of fresh-cut flowers sitting nearby, in the kitchen. These scents mix together. Then, a strange plastic note lingers in the background, as well. Odd but likable.
Actually later, the plastic note morphs into a kind of ozone thing, hidden in the chocolate accord. In time, all that remains is a flowery scent. Unusual and fun perfume.

A delightful nougat opening blast that soon has orange added greets me - and it is delicious and very convincingly done. The top notes are the most chocolatey bits, but the rest does not disappoint either. The drydown brings a caramel tone that is rounded off with a nice hazelnut impression, triggering memories of Nutella breakfast sandwiches.
The later stages add hints of tonka, but until the end I get chocolate, at times stronger and at times a bit more in the backgound, fading out into a satisfying finale. The performance is truly excellent with strong sillage, very good projection and eleven hours of longevity on my skin.
This is a chocolate-laden gourmand feast, well blended and in its sweetnes beautifully balanced; never denying its gourmand character but never cloying. A classic chocoholic's tonic. 3.5/5.

I got this blind, and initially did not like very much I think because of the top notes, the nutella thing is a little boring but the next day I smell my clothes and love it, it's so feminine and sweet I smell a lot of vanilla caramell, I recommend it for people that love sweet and sensuous perfumes. Gorgeous.
This fragrance is for the true gourmand lovers.
This is chocolate at its best. Rich, velvety and delicious. A melt in your mouth kind of chocolate.
Chocolovers sits smoothly on the skin, almost like a creamy hot chocolate, thick and luxurious. The chocolate and hazelnut notes tend to dominate the most, however a sweet candy-like lemon note sets off this fragrance with a citrusy touch.
I love this fragrance for Winter wear. It brings a sensual, foody touch to the cold night air. My friend who loves such rich chocolatey scents like Thierry Mugler's Angel, absolutely loves this kind of fragrance. As said in her words, "I want to eat it".
I dare say this is one of the sexiest, richest gourmands you'll possibly ever experience.

I'm a fan of the Aquolina house and that includes Chocolovers, somewhat. I think it's ok. I don't get any chocolate at all. I smell orange, but no chocolate. I've enjoyed my sample, but I don't think I will be purchasing a bottle anytime soon.
Cloying chocolate, hazelnut, a spritz of lemon, coriander and then sweet sugar. I adored the spicy coriander ion this, but, even at 8 dollars at T.J.Maxx it was not worth the overbearing synthetic sweetness.
