I can't say more about Cobra, other than it is a like more subtle, softer and more floral version of Poison. Very pleasant, but does not really work on my skin. Cobra, is, however, a perfectly respectable fragrance, and nothing like the nasty cheap copies of Poison that were around in the 80s, when Poison was so popular.
When I first received this perfume oil, I could smell it before I opened the package. It proceeded to emit fumes for the next few hours, and I didn't like how it smelled (I thought it smelled like very cheap sandalwood, and I hate that). I put a little on the back of my hand, and it took over the house. Yikes! Into the dustbin with it!
I rushed to find reviews of it online, and Fragrantica had quite a list. Most people loved it, some hated it, nobody thought it was just 'meh'. I also found out that these oils like to relax after being posted, so I fished it back out of the dustbin and let it sit in my bedroom for a while, and I only remembered it about a week later.
I just wafted the bottle past my nose, and it smelled different than before. I put a swipe on one wrist and a wall of tuberose hit me. This proceeded to, very gradually, gentle down to a most wonderful floral with a warm, heady drydown to follow. After wearing it a few times, I now love it, but do go steady on the application or it will be wearing you, and you could literally kill someone with it.
