Inspired by a collection of historically significant traditional Chinese imperial incenses from the major dynasties in history, Encens Oud Huangdi marries our proprietary melange of authentic fine oud oils with a series of carefully selected raw materials commonly used in the formulation of imperial incenses for the Chinese royal courts. 
With Encens Oud Huangdi, we imagined and reconstructed the scenes once took place in the forbidden palaces of the major dynasties in history, where imperial incenses were heated in all sorts of circumstances to release their exotic fumes, perfuming and fumigating the interior spaces as well as the royal garments. A range of aromatic raw materials are used to make these imperial incenses, from precious woods to seasonal flowers, aromatic resins, herbs and spices. Influenced by the traditional art of making Chinese incenses, all of these quality raw materials are concentrated and blended into this composition, resulting in an olfactory art piece that paints the glory and beauty of the traditional Chinese scent culture.
