I tried this scent twice.

My first impression is like this:
"A very nice, a bit spicy, peppery and yes, slightly fiery, and very pleasant scent. A little gem."

My second impression is like this:
"Interestingly, the first time I tried it, I liked it a lot, the pepper especially. Now I just want to scrub it off - much too sweet and too loud."

Make what you will of it.

An easy wear. Mandarin reads as ginger on me, paired with pink sweet pea florals and underscored by a soft, dense warm almost powdery base. It doesn't smell like cistus labdanum to me, but the feel is there, if not the smell. Super pretty, easy to wear. I've received compliments on it.
