Nostalgic Eternity 90's DNA mixed with some MB Legend or A&F Fierce DNA, and maybe with a touch more sweetness. It doesn't project like Fierce or Legend and the scent fades away to become a skin scent after a few hours. Could be nice for anytime you need a scent that smells casual and pleasant without much projection.

Abercrombie and Fitch Fierce...but fir grown ups.

Fierce was like Liz Clairborne's Curve. It COULD be a good fragrance to have were it well balanced and IF the rest of the world did not abuse it. And A&F made sure the air around any one of their stores was well clouded with this stuff making matters worse.

CKEN on the other hand tones down the sharp and annoying bits of Fierce and as a result, a beautiful, assertive metallic masculine scent emerges.

Night is right on...for most 'clubs' and 'dance' destination.

Surprisingly elegant Eternity flanker from Calvin Klein. I used to own Eternity, but got tired of it. I was interested in this flanker because of the use of violet, which I typically like. Night opens with a spicy fruit note, but quickly dries into a violet-lavendar middle. The sandalwood in the base keeps it powdery and soft. I never detected any cedar sharpness, although it's listed. I got average projection and around 4-5 hours longevity. This would be a good dinner date scent, and I can see my wife liking this one a lot.

The opening combines a sharp spice accent with a fruity note, leading to a lavender-centered drydown. In the base a cedar/sandalwood impression that has a fresh undertone develops. I get a rather limited longevity of three hours with soft sillage and adequate projection. Very generic - 2/5
