Avon (2012)

This is an incredibly sweet fragrance, that's what I would like to get across first and foremost. The sweetness level may be too high for some people, as I find myself unable to wear it on certain days myself, but it's definitely worth trying if you're a fan of the listed notes, as they all show up and show out in a beautifully blended, inexpensive little number.

I imagine this as some kind of hard candy imported from overseas. Lots of tangy mango and citrus, with coconut, rose and a touch of warm spices. This is how it opens for me and as it melts into the heart notes I get more vivid rose and sensual jasmine in the mix, taking this from candy into perfume territory. It's still quite sweet but it's become more subtle and is sitting a little closer to the skin. As time wears on the rose and jasmine linger but the base gets much smoother and creamier. I get something like the effect of marshmallows and warm wood. This is how it fades away, simply sweet and soft.
