I get apple strudel from this. Sickly sweet and syrupy fruitchouli. Don't get any ginger or chocolate. For those who wish to be doused with harvest fruit by the Goddess of Apple Strudel.

The first few times I sprayed this, the ginger wasn't as distinct and its spice married with the lavender and vanilla to make the whole thing read as a rich milky cup of earl gray cream. I loved it. After about a week or so of daily wear my nose started to pick out the ginger more distinctly and the effect was lost, sadly. Still a handsome feminine fragrance. None of the vanilla notes are overly sweet. Just the right amount of lavender. The ginger keeps everything mature and balanced. Although the fragrance feels pretty full, I can't help but wish there were something else rounding out the middle or base. Lasts about 5-6 hours on the skin. Worth a try if you love a dry/mature vanilla note, but I wouldn't recommend to buy blind.
