Latest Reviews of Graphite
Graphite kicks off smelling like a campfire ashes in a sequoia forest and quickly turns into a smoky vetiver. Over the course of the day, as the smoke fades, it makes room for a bit of iris under the still-strong vetiver, and finally fades down to a geranium base.
It's quite well done. The smoky vetiver/geranium calls to mind Encre Noir, but Graphite smells much more modern and natural with its cade campfire smoke instead of Encre's signature Iso E Super. It also calls to mind CDG 2 Man (but again, Graphite smells more modern and natural) or even a much darker, burnt take on Chanel Sycamore. Definitely worth a try for vetiver enthusiasts.
