Ombré Leather parfum by Tom Ford

Well I love the opening.... fairly floral, containing a violet note that to me Is very noticeable, and I do love the violet in this.

This and the original edp..... very hard to choose what I prefare, they are both excellent. I do get that many feel you have one you dont need the other, well I love one that much, so why not get the other that has the violet opening.
It is true that this doesnt scream out as much, it is also smoother.

So i agree this is the daytime fave and edp my fave for night.

Ombré Leather by Tom Ford

Well.... I have wanted this for a few years now.
Why the hell did I hold back on getting this stunning frag?.


I love everything about this, to my nose this is pure addiction in a bottle!
I wear this my nose and mine alone, I love this aroma, so I wear it for myself. I got a 50ml... maybe I should have got the 100ml???

Well the e.d.p. is awesome and so is the Parfum.... but that is more floral, another love, they are very similar, love both, but this is harsher, darker and heavier.

Parfum is more mass pleasing and love the floral addition in the parfum.
The parfum stays less weighty but continues on...on... and on.

So both are worthy of the full bottle. Awesome stuff.

Aqua Media Cologne Forte by Maison Francis Kurkdjian

I love this one.
When I first smelt it in store, the week it was released, I thought new na.

Within minutes I starting thinking...... hold on a sec, this is different very different.
Then I did a complete 360 all within 5 mins.

I ended up getting a small bottle of this.
Brilliant frag, non comparable to any of my large collection.

I dont think everyone will like this, but it is a love from me.
Fresh and green herbal.

Y Eau de Parfum by Yves Saint Laurent

It's ok, pleasant and nice.

Not much else I can say about this.
Out of the shower kinda smell, or if you cant decide what to wear for the day, this is a good grab for anytime or occasion.

Wūlóng Chá by Nishane

Summer fresh Awesome.
Very sharp opening with bergamot and citrus..... with the tea...... mixed with fig.
It's very fresh uplifting green. I get like a strong Alubanum type smell with this that works for me and one of my fave notes.

Earl grey heaven.
Lasts brilliantly for me.

Ambra Calabria by Nishane

A perfect balance of sweet tart fresh bergamot and green galbanum and I love both bergamot and galbanum.... so together is fantastically stunning.

Lasts on the skin for above average and stays with the green scent with some nice sweetness coming from the vanilla notes.
I think this is awesome..... if you like sweet tart green give this one a try.

Uplifting and bright!!

Hacivat by Nishane

Spray this on..... I get a very strong sharp citrus but I do get the hint of mossy oak moss that after an hour becomes more dominant.
So this opens up more citrus fresh with a hint of woody moss, but then that combo switches to a very earthy woody mossy with hints of sweet citrus.
Lovely and long lasting.

Boss The Scent Absolute for Him by Hugo Boss

Agreeing with a lot of the reviews for this being a warm scent.
Not a big fan of Hugo Boss fragrences having grown up using them.... however this stands above all the ones I have used over the years.
Sweet and unique scent that feels designer with a touch in the niche realm
And my memory of Hugo Boss scents usually fall flat after a couple of hours, this does last above average. On my skin this lasts good for the first 4 hours and then calms into the warm vetiver scent for about another 3 hours. I get around the 6- 7 hours longevity.
Very nice signature scent worthy.

Ivory Route by Xerjoff

Fantastic Fragrance.
This opens up with an overwhelming spice, but this in my opinion is AWESOME and very masculine. This spice softens after about an hour but still remains with a sweet tone of Ambery vanilla and this pushes through for the next 8+ hours. But you have to like Spices to appreciate this one.
This one is fairly similar to Zefiro but with a big dose of Amber. Lovely and well blended.

I like this, it is quite middle of the road
Decent longevity and fair sillage. Not ground breaking but better than some designers out there for sure.

Miksado by Jeroboam

I agree that this is a very dark and gloomy scent.
I find this a dark Musky Soapy fragrance.
Brilliant perfumery that is blended perfectly that smells very niche..... love it.
Opens up very bright but within half an hour the darkness falls and it does to me have like a clean shampoo smell to it. Dark Pantene anyone?
Opens strong and settled after first hour then lasts on the skin for many hours. So it's a thumbs up for me.

Erba Pura by Xerjoff

Very sharp but sweet citrus opening.... then leads into the fruit. Hard to detect which fruit but I do get a lot of berry kind of fruit.
So it opens up very orange... lemon... bergamot
Then goes into a bit of a darker blackcurrant and berry mix with a very tropical passion fruity bubble gum smell.
Three hors later on my skin this changes into a superb vanilla with a nice soft musk.
Awesome fragrance.

Violet Delirium by Aaron Terence Hughes

Violet is one of my fave notes in perfumary.
This is a special unique frag.
I dont think this will be for everyone, but it's a wow from me, and I recommend if you can go visit ATH shop and try. ATH has some really good bangers in his collection. He also looks after his customers with his generosity.
This does remind me a bit of Amouage Imitation tho a touch.
Dark Violet smell with a nice musky base.

Beauty in a bottle.
Dark sweet woody choc cherry almond...... fantastic.
One of the best gourmand type frags.
Totally different from other Ouds out there, but give this a try. Cherry bakewell with a touch of rum. It really is lovely stuff.

Unique fragrance in the collection.
This wont be for everyone, but this was my first purchase of my ATH collection.
Awesome honeyed tobacco, it is quite sharp but dark and completely differently unique from anything else.

Adonis by Aaron Terence Hughes

Fantastic clean fresh mint and sweet bergamot vanilla and tonka bean.... this has the fantastic ATH DNA touch with that signature musk throughout
I love a nice minty fresh fragrance.... and this is in my top faves. Just brilliant perfumery.

Haze Blue by Aaron Terence Hughes

Summer fresh in a bottle...... finally this is on here.
Love this, it has that ATH signature DNA that is noticeable in many of the collection.
This is lots of strong pink grapefruit and bits of pineapple along with the clean musks and blackcurrant.
Fantastically fresh summer banger for me, and it does get noticed.

This is a like not a love for me.... Dry woody fougere
Tiny bit of sweetness maybe from the tonka.
Lots of woods and hints of cedar.
Has the Nishane DNA running through this which I do love, it is also blended brilliantly.

Bergamask by Orto Parisi

My collection of fragrances mainly consists of Strong Ouds and plenty of Oriental types.
But Orto Parisi have Set a new bench mark in the performance category..... this is absolutely Nuclear.
Sharp, Stringent and very Masculin. Totally unmatched by any other. Caution needed as I'm not sure this will suit many however this is a complete Masterpiece in my opinion.

This is possibly on of my strongest. Or at least in my top 5.

3 Sprays and this lasts over 15 hours on my skin and is still very noticeable way after.

Royal Oud by Creed

Probably the best Creed I have smelled or tried, yes it is pricey and isnt worth that kind of price tag, but as a scent it is awesome for the 5 to 6 hours that it lasts on my skin

Kalan by Parfums de Marly

Well PDM....... what a banger this is, omg I love this one and each wearing it grows on me.
Opens up with sweet spicy almost like a sweet mandarin coated in lots of spice. I have lots of Niche fragrances, a lot of heavy unusual and challenging scents, so maybe that's why I love this so much, it is very different to everything I have put my nose too.
To my nose I dont find this challenging or difficult to wear. It does smell very Niche.
This is a bad boy in a bottle and it has presence, it is a powerhouse of a fragrence and therefore not sure it would be suited in hot weather, but cold winter days and cool nights i think i will be reaching for this beautiful red bottle quite a lot.

Patch bomb!!
I love the note of Patchouli and this is a good blend of earthy dry Patch mixed with heavy husks... smells very informal but good thro the colder months.
Lasts all day or evening too.

Layton Exclusif by Parfums de Marly

Love the added civet and darker tones in this one.
This doesnt push out, but does linger to the skin.
I find the scent better than the original, just think it could have pushed out better, still a good choice from PDM.

Oud Tobacco by Montale

Well this doesnt smell as I first thought it was going too.
It is a nice sweet creamy scent with some spice.
The scent does start to go darker after 3 or 4 hours. That's when I detect a leathery tobacco and this part stays noticeable for a few more hours.
Good stuff.
