The conversation system on the new software is slightly different to the old system, in that each set of messages is one thread. However due to the way vBulletin stored the messages, the importer is unable to create these threads from old messages, and so each message, whether sent or received is in its own thread.
Unfortunately, there are no options for putting messages into folders in this software. However you can ‘star’ messages you want to refer to later.
