If you see a message in the forums that you would like to add your own thoughts to, simply scroll down to the bottom of the page to the reply box, where you can compose your response. If you wish to reply to a particular post in the thread, you can click on reply at the bottom of the post, and the message will be quoted for you in the reply box.
