Go to the conversation icon at the top of the page and press Start new conversation in the drop-down menu. You can also start a new conversation from the main conversations page or by clicking on Start Conversation on the profile page or profile pop-up of the member you wish to converse with.
Once you are on the new conversation page, type the people you would like to chat with in the recipients field, followed by your title and message.
