To keep track of important conversations, you can ‘star’ the conversation. You can then see all the starred messages using the Filter options on the conversation list.
You can star conversations from the conversation itself, or you can star multiple conversations at once from the main conversation list, by selecting the conversations you wish to leave and choose Star Conversations… from the Choose Action menu at the bottom of the page.
