What does the 294 stand for?
Happy 5th BN Anniversary PStoller!
Van Cleef and Arpels Pour Homme
Yes yes!! Happy BN 5th @PStoller ! Your guidance (even inadvertent) and input has been invaluable to me. Thank you for that and here's wishing you'll be around for another 5+! You're an institution!Well, well, well. Look who's celebrating a 5th anniversary today.
It seems inconceivable that it's only been five years since @PStoller appeared in our midst and began providing college education funds for the children of hundreds of eBay sellers.
It's an honor just to be considered a friend by a person of such generous spirit.

(Wow, it's already August! Tempus fugit! We'll welcome August in with this dark, spicy, herbaceous and animalic beast. My Chicago Bears kick off the football season tonight in the Hall of Fame game...it's pre-season and the starters are sitting out but it's football ... and one of the first signals that summer is coming to a close and that autumn is now on the horizon!! Happy days!!)

I knew there was a non-perfume reason I liked you!I became a Bears fan when I went to Chicago for grad school. I was a fulltime intern at WGN radio and got to work (outside) the stadium once at a game.

So your WGN/Bears days must be pre-1997 when the team moved to WMAQ and then WBBM since 2000. I'm thinking it was likely the great Wayne Larrivee doing play by play back then. For some of us he was "the" voice of the Bears. Sadly, he moved to the dark side with the Packers...
1984-1986; good years. When I was at WGN, both radio and TV were in the same building on Addison. Met Siskel & Ebert, sat on their set, and met Bozo as both shows recorded there.I knew there was a non-perfume reason I liked you!

Oh yes, I watched the Bozo show before going to school in the morning; always dreamt of playing the Grand Prize Game! Did you meet Cookie too?1984-1986; good years.
