Hiram Green has unveiled its latest creation, Philtre. Drawing inspiration from ancient love potion formulas, Philtre seeks to encapsulate the feelings of love and allure.
“Perfumes are our modern-day love potions—potent and bewitching, with the ability to change moods instantly,” said Green, elaborating on the concept behind Philtre. “Our version omits mythical components like unicorn dust or dragon’s blood, focusing instead on the world’s most beautiful flowers, spices, and resins.”
The scent features notes of flower stems, black pepper, clove, rose, carnation, jasmine, vanilla, and resins. Carnation, often associated with love and admiration, takes centre stage.
Committed to sustainability and locality, the brand has also launched new packaging. One of the standout features is the custom-designed beechwood cap. “This cap is completely biodegradable!” says Hiram Green. The new packaging also ensures that all production processes occur locally, all within Europe.
Philtre is available as a 50ml Eau de Parfum from 22 January 2024.
