Inter Parfums are launching their first major Donna Karan collection featuring four scents: Cashmere & Palo Santo, Cashmere & Tiare Flower, Cashmere & Tunisian Neroli and Cashmere & Wild Fig.
Cashmere & Palo Santo
Cashmere & Palo Santo is described as “an addicting amber woody fragrance.“ – notes include golden peach, labdanum absolute, palo santo and vanilla bean.
Cashmere & Tiare Flower
Cashmere & Tiare Flower is “a modern solar floral fragrance”, with notes of ashoka flower, bergamot, tiare flower and vetiver
Cashmere & Tunisian Neroli
Cashmere & Tunisian Neroli is a “bright citrus floral fragrance”, with notes of bergamot, neroli and cedar wood.
Cashmere & Wild Fig
Cashmere & Wild Fig is a “fresh woody floral fragrance”. Notes include black pepper, wild fig, bamboo and cedarwood
“We have to protect Cashmere Mist, which is why we called this the Cashmere Collection. We wanted it to have a different positioning,” said Jean Madar, CEO of Inter Parfums Inc told WWD. “We want to keep Cashmere Mist pure of fractures. Flankers, for example, are good for business but they dilute the franchise. People love Cashmere Mist, and when the bottle is empty, they buy another one. The brand is ideal for marketers like us.”
The new Cashmere Collection will launch in Bloomingdale’s, Nordstrom, Macy’s and Dillard’s at $150 each.
