Late this Summer Molton Brown launched the Navigations Through Scent Fine Fragrance Collection – a set of five unisex fragrance that “delves into the heritage of perfume, tracing its influences back to the ancient spice route. Following key focal points along the route, the journey starts in the Ancient World, the birthplace of fragrance – Egypt, China and Indonesia, then over to England for trade, before entering the New World in Canada.” “Iunu transports the wearer to Egypt with White Jasmine, echoing power and seduction. Lijiang offers an insight into China with the luxurious Osmanthus Absolute, fresh and sophisticated, whilst Singosari offers a spicy-woody alternative with Patchouli leading the way. Apuldre conjures up images of true English countryside with wild Juniper Berry and Rogart completes the journey with Canadian Fir Balsam and Maple Syrup.”
To celebrate the launch, last month Molton Brown held an ‘Evening of Scent’ where the company’s principal perfumer Jennifer Jambon guided guests through the collection, focusing on her personal experiences during the creation process. You can see a short video of the event below.
