I'm very new to perfume making and recently purchased some ingredients. I experimented and made two sprays, they were OK, but somehow they were a bit headache-inducing?... I wonder if you have any advice on whether I should add more or add another ingredient to elevate things I would appreciate it!!
So here is the first one (wanted it to be little sweet/summer fruity):
Ambroxan 4
Hedione 4
Iso E super 2
Pink grapefruit EO 4
Manzanate 2
nerol 1
jasmine petal 2
vanillin 2
pink peppercorn 1
cedarwood 2
/24
And the second one (wanted it to be green and fresh, a bit woody):
hedione 4
iso e super 3
a-ionone 1
oakmoss 10% 1
clary sage 2
rosewood 10% 2
jasmine petal 2
vertiveryl acetate 1
/16
And what I have so far...
methyl benzoate, p-cymene, rosewood 10%, clary sage, pink grapefruit, manzanate,
p-anisaldehyde, eugenol, geranyl acetate, indole, nerol, cyclamen aldehyde, isoraldeine, jasmine petal, hedione,
heliotropin, methyl salicylate, vanilin, white pine, oakmoss, hexyl cinnamic aldehyde, orange crystal, vetiveryl acetate, rose crystal, guaiyl acetate, suederal LT, pink peppercorn, ambroxan, tonka bean, cedarwood, iso e super, geosmin.
If you have any advice on what ingredient I should perhaps purchase, please let me know!! Thank you!
