This is a very pure, bright and fresh smelling Rose, which smells like a Tea Rose, although this blend is made from Damascus Roses from Istanbul, Turkey. Nothing here is brooding, or dark and heavy feeling in nature, just very bright and cheery with olfactory illusions of some citrus' in the top, like Lime, and Lemon, which layers absolutely perfect with a high quality Oud. This juice is on the lower end pricepoint wise in the Rose blends from ASAQ, and the quality is still sky high, so I can just imagine what the top tier Rose blend smells of (which is $329.00 for 1 tola, and requires 20,000 first hand picked Roses to produce 1 tola, amazing). For the Rose fanatic that's looking to broaden their horizons into what a 'real' Rose should smell of that's not synthesized, well, once you get that nose on this stuff, there's no going back. The sillage and longevity are monstrously persistent for the first few hours in the usual Arabian perfumery manner which mind you, is literally from 1 drop, which leads me further to, 1 tola of this juice, or anything else for that matter, should last you for years and years, even with daily wearings. Highly recommended...
