Well, the name says it all... not saying it's bad, it's fresh and cool and stuff. I like the salty note at the opposite pole of the floral base. Vertical and grey, but you'll have a hard time finding some consistent differencies with a lot of other "sporty" (i.e., dihidromyrcenol-driven) mainstream fragrances - and if you bought this you bet you'll do it, since this costs twice those!

This extremely translucent and conceptual fragrance is unquestionably a tribute to the royal note of geranium which in this case appears radiant, silent, musky and with a final suede balmy accent. There is a slightly deliberately pharmaceutical spark for a while in the top which is mastered by a subtle lemony/grassy whiff (followed by a geranium ballet with the floral element still stuck in its lymphatic and angular phase), soon touched by a balmy suede coming up from the background. The final outcome on the skin is musky and almost lacteous with a wonderful suede/ geranium head and a touch of "white woodiness" (probably powdery cedarwood). The floral refinement is extreme and subtle end conceptually (talking about the way as is treated a soliflore) i detect some points in common with the wonderful Andrea Maack's line. L'Anonyme is a great minimalist experimental concoction.

Overall I like this. At first I thought it was too light, but it does have some staying power, and it's very appealing. I wasn't expecting so much citrus....I was trying it more for the suede and wood.....but, it's not a bad thing. Sweet and fresh, and somehow the citrus freshness lasts for a long time.

I was happy to sample but I probably won't go for a whole bottle, because it wouldn't really add anything to my collection that's not already there (I'm thinking mainly of Dior Homme and New York, but it's lighter than either of those). Still gets a thumbs up from me.

Exquisite, understated, abstract and minimalist. Out CDGs CDG (if CDG can be a verb). Lovely dry citrus opening, warming to a beautiful geranium with faint barely detectable echoes of rose, but this is really not a floral composition. The citrus and geranium are held in accord for an extended period, there is a woody amber note beneath it all, I am not able to detect much suede at all. This feels fresh without being "clean", there is a lovely crisp quality to it with a slight tangy note that must be the bergamot (but it lasts!). Sillage is minimal; this is a personal scent, not broadcast for the masses. Perfect for ANY occasion, really. And I anticipate it will be a great summer scent. Love this.

A great scent!

If you are familiar with Le Labo's Musc 25 (LA City Exclusive), this fragrance reminds me of Musc 25 without the synthesized human semen notes. Very clean, beautiful, deep, and minimal,

Well done!
