An embarrassing attempt at a GIT clone.

The opening is a caustic blast of urinal cake and the memory of citrus-scented cleaning products. There's something animalic in there, and not in a good way.

Once the cleaning product aisle next to the bathroom of Target calms down 30 minutes later, you're left with a delightfully artificial mess of ambroxan, urinal cake, and some bizarre green, leafy note that smells like an AI trying to create the smell of grass clippings.

The drydown is not GIT. It's a nauseating mess of sickly sweet pseudo-woody notes and that eternally present urinal cake note.

It legitimately just smells like a public bathroom start to finish. I cannot speak for other GIT clones, but the only resemblance between L'Aventure Knight and GIT is that a rock and a diamond both come from the earth. The single positive I can give is that this lasts forever. Seriously, it polluted my clothing for days. I've given it multiple tries, let it sit for over a month...it's just a mess. I can confidently say I have a very articulate sense of smell and can pick apart perfumes, foods, anything olfactory based. There is literally nothing in L'A Knight that overlaps with GIT. There was no love or passion behind this "fragrance," just throwing the kitchen sink of synthetic components into a bottle and selling it.

Save your money, I wish I did.

L'Aventure Knight is a Green Irish Tweed clone, and a pretty good one at that. No substitute for the original but I would rank this above Armaf Tres Nuit but below Rasasi Egra. GIT is a fav of the wife and she gave her approval on this one as well.

The performance is very good. Projection is noticeable and longevity lasts over 10 hours on me.
