Mumbai Noise
Byredo (2021)

I find Byredo's naming scheme intriguing, and I was expecting something more challenging and chaotic with "noise" in the name. However, all I get from this scent is a dull and uninteresting oud. It's not unpleasant, but it's also not memorable or impactful. I didn't feel any emotion or connection while wearing it.

In terms of longevity and projection, it's moderate. Overall, I don't think this scent is worth it unless you're a big fan of oud. However, even then, you might be disappointed.

Update Feb 2023: Black Afgano's kindler, gentler Indian cousin. This is worth a sniff - there is so much going on with this that it is worth seeking out, but get a decant, don't take it at face value!
