According to the company, November was inspired by Swedish coffeeshops and the Swedish 'Fika' custom, which translated loosely is basically a break for coffee (or tea) taken with something sweet, like a cinnamon bun on the side. Although 'Fika' is much more than just a break! Its a beautiful Swedish tradition where you make time for friends and colleagues and socialise.
