Parfums Bleu

Parfums Bleu was founded by Tim Foley in 1995 with the acquisition of the ex-Shulton brand, Blue Stratos, from Procter & Gamble. Foley had worked at Shulton UK before the acquisition by P&G.

In 1999 Parfums Bleu acquired the ex-Yardley brands: English Blazer and Gold.
