My mom had this in lotion form in her purse. She used it now and then. Before that, I wore it myself at least a couple times. But I then quit because it was very nauseating! I put it in her closet and some time after that is when she put it in her purse. When she wore it I would have to keep some distance. I may have puked if I got to much of it! Typical of a Bath and Body Works scent it is also very strong. So I could smell it on her from probably a number of yards away. Very physically sickening, and very sweet. It's been awhile so I can't otherwise describe it very specifically, other than that. She must have used it all. :) It's funny she wore it too, since she has always said she doesn't like "perfumey" type scents. She says she likes "down-to-earth" scents. Normally too, that is what she will buy. She NEVER does wear anything that was like Pink Sugarplum. She recently went to BBW again, and got a marshmallow pumpkin scent (she first bought that in 2014 I think. I also don't care for that scent.) Also, she will get the vanilla bean noel, peppermint fragrances, etc. I don't care for any of those either, or really any fragrance that she likes, I usually don't like it. The pink sugarplum was a one surprising (to me) exception though that she used, that she would usually call a "perfumey" smell....and it was really that bad!!
