Regal Secret
Auphorie (2016)

Grassy, lavender-inflected, bright fruity floral whose chief virtue is its delicacy. It has a nice out-in-the-field feel and judiciously deployed citric accents. A drawback is Auphorie's stingy sample size which meant despite spraying it all on, I was still left wanting more. A shame as there's a breeziness and a fresh, somewhat tart, juicy feel about this that I would have liked to experience a bit more fully.

This is a typical blackcurrant scent with whiffs of heliotrope. I definitely get the musk, too and ambergris. This is a charming, if somewhat predictable scent. Fading fast, unfortunately although it's very pleasant and fresh on the dry down. I can't say that I especially noticed any pineapple.

Starts with a nice pineapple note and reminds you of aventus. But the similarity ends in first few minutes.
The middle notes have lavender and tart fruits (blackcurrant and pineapple are most prominent). This is not working well. Too acidic.
Get a bit better with time but still acidic. Vanilla should help but I detect none.
