The company says:
Tabac Blanc is one of the first fragrances to incorporate maté as its cornerstone. Overdosed in the formula, this South American plant is elevated by the radiant notes of bergamot and white tea. The floral notes of jasmine and the sensual scent of white musk are then added. The cocoa bean in the composition is showcased through the woody notes of cinnamon and the intense ones of vanilla. The third star ingredient comes in the form of iris, revealing hints of violet through its three most stunning qualities: concrete, irone and resinoid. Appearing as a base note, iris envelops the perfume in a powdery and delightfully elegant cocoon. An immersion in the luxurious landscapes of South America, Tabac Blanc is a tobacco scent with a radiant freshness and enveloping comfort.

Latest Reviews of Tabac Blanc
It opened a bit harsh, but soon settled into a subtle skin scent. I generally hate musks, but this is done so well and incorporated so expertly that it doesn't sit heavily on my skin. It comes through most during the dry-down but doesn't come across to me how obnoxious musks can represent in scents. Most develop a "cardboard" scent on me, and this definitely doesn't.
Tabac Blanc eventually settles into a very powdery and light floral scent. I'm not a fan of florals but this is glorious.
I can see this being an all year around scent for daily use. I don't get a lot of sillage and we'll see about the longevity. I like it enough after trying it on my ankles and behind my knees- that is where I wear my stronger fragrances to work. I'm sure that sounds odd but it allows me to wear my fragrance wardrobe without being called on wearing strong perfume. It allows the scent to waft up and not to be strong enough to get complaints. This time I hit my my pulse points. Heaven.
A bottle is in my future. Distant future, but future.
