The opening blast is a mix of a lovely, fairly fresh saffron with a bright rose, a Centifolia-type specimen, and is combined not without an original touch. This lasts well into the drydown where a woodsy tone is added that has done characteristics of a sandalwood with a creamy character and very smooth.

The main point in the base is the emergence of a nice oud impression, which is not a strong dominant in-your-face oud, but blending in nicely, remaining clearly present whilst mingling with the other componenets in good team work. I get moderate sillage, very good projection and ten hours of longevity on my skin.

A very pleasant composition, well structured whilst blended convincingly out of high-quality materials with only the wood notes in the middle phase a tad flat. 3/5.
