Opens with a fresh burst of aldehydes with lemon and Mandarin orange. This perfume contains some 30 notes and is exquisitely blended and super smooth. Castoreum and birch tar plus a pinch of labdanum (and perhaps other ingredients) create a leather accord that is prominent but somewhat light and very nice. I do get a Balenciaga pour Homme vibe at this stage and it definitely smells like a classic masculine from the 1980s. Nutmeg and cinnamon along with opoponax and styrax add a spicy and balsamic aura. There's a floral aspect that flies in and out which includes gardenia, Jasmine and hyacinth. Lavender plus Clary sage add a familiar and comfortable dynamic. The base consists of musk, civet, costus, sandalwood, oakmoss, vetiver, patchouli and a mercifully tiny dot of vanilla and is gorgeous.
Nimitr is a pleasant surprise and as it dries down further it really takes on a uncanny Bogart One Man Show vibe. Sillage is not obnoxious and longevity is all day. Price is $160/30ml.

Nimitr is classic, easy to like, masculine light leather scent that is comprised of a huge notes list which make up a scintillating sheen of small bits and pieces of all kinds of things layered on to the outer coating of this incense leather fragrance. The blending here is amazing and the variety and range of notes make up a delightful orchestration of positive scented tones for an all purpose masculine. This scent will please a wide variety of people and situations. Sort of a coat of many colors approach but the variety of colors and tones become like tiny pixels in larger fabric made into a grey tweed suit that hides the diversity of colors through its blending. I can find no objections to Nimitr and enjoy wearing it. I would give it personal subjective rating of 4 of 5 stars. Nice one!
