What is the musk that comes in a tola like the picture and is sticky?

What kind of musk is this? Is it an agreement or a single substance like glycolide?
How does it come so sticky?

I agree with Paul about the Galaxolide. Also musk ketone, vanillin and/or ethyl vanillin /ethyl maltol, usually some type of floral notes rose/Jasmin and Ionones. Solvents are often DEP, Benzyl Benzoate, DPG and/or Hercolyn D.

I assume this a Musk al Tahara type of oil, which has no one particular formula...every perfumer or perfume house creates their own version but the overall scent profiles are usually similar...clean, powdery, floral, sweet/vanilla & musky.

How does it get so white and heavy? Unless there is a lot of galaxolide or there is another substance that makes it heavy
Also what is the carrier oil to use in this package? I don't think it is alcohol.

You already received two knowledgeable answers explicitly stating that it likely contains a ton of galaxolide. Do you read the responses to your questions here?

Yes I see that
I also ask if it can be done without alcohol, just oils?
If so, aren't raw oils safe to touch the skin?

Sorry I didn't notice
Part of the social contract on this forum is that the relationships between ppl seeking knowledge & ppl sharing knowledge are reciprocal. One form of that reciprocity is for ppl who at some times & contexts are seeking knowledge here to at other times share knowledge here. Of course, however, that is not always possible, particularly when it comes to novices. However, the bare minimum form of reciprocity is to take care with the knowledge that ppl share: read their answers carefully & refrain from asking the same question repeatedly when answers have already been shared. They are fellow human beings with competing demands on their time & intellectual/emotional energy answering questions here, not Pez dispensers of perfumery knowledge.
